"The property was beautifully done. They had great amenities, the breakfast was great, everyone was super helpful and nice, and the beds were comfortable. I know this may seem like an expectation, but the towels were soft and thick. Many places we stayed this trip did not have nice towels, so this was appreciated! "

"The setting was beautiful. Just outside the national park. The check-in procedure was fine but we had no idea where to go. There are no signs for “The Reserve.” The apartment was pleasant but it needed a good deep cleaning. "I had an amazing time at The Lake Hotel! The room was the perfect size and the beds were very comfortable. We had a view of the lake and a beautiful sunset every night. "The property and Staff at the Victoria were amazing and accommodating. Before we even checked in, they called to tell us that food service was ending for the day and to see if we wanted anything put aside for our arrival.
