This is a great hotel. I would give it 5 stars for everything. The staff are extremely friendly. Great restaurants onsite with excellent views of the creek. Very close to the Union metro and careem taxis are cheap in Dubai. Although don't travel between 5-8pm as the traffic and metro are too busy. The only downside is there isn't much to do in Deira. Deira needs to be modernised. They were renovating a walkway along the creek while I was there. That will be nice once opened.

ホテルもお部屋もとても綺麗でスタッフも親切でした。 ユニオン駅のすぐ近くだったことも良かったです。 深夜の到着でしたが、チェックインの際にはこちらの疲れを察して必要なことだけを簡潔に済ませてすぐに部屋に通してくれました。 チェックアウト後もフライトまでだいぶ時間があったので街歩きをしました。空港のラウンジでシャワーをしようかと思っていたのですが、ホテルのプールのシャワーを借りられたので、とても助かりました。

It has one of the best western style breakfast in the area .. every room has views to Dubai creek .the rooms are very quiet & reasonably large in size .. housekeeping is excellent ..The hotel has lots of various restaurant s within some are award winning . It doesn’t appear to be 5 star anymore, may be it was at some point. Facilities are old and needs renovation. Was disappointed as I’m used to much better from Radisson Blu. Very grateful for our room upgrade though x
