"I would rate Atlantis, the palm hotel as five stars in all aspects especially the reception, cleaning, security, valet and concierge staff. The reception staff checked us in no time although we waited awhile until the room was ready but the staff whose name Dinara ( I hope that I spelled it right) was very welcoming, very helpful, professional and accommodated us in a very very nice room, we were lucky to have her served us. We wish to ask the hotel management one favor as frequent visitor to extend the hours of the beach and swimming pool until 10 or 11pm and also to provide an option of self-parking as the latter would reduce the pressure on your staff. "
