"Don’t like galley kitchen idea, prefer tea and coffee making facilities in my room, also we stayed Sunday/ Monday, Monday was recycling day so we had bottles,cans etc banging and crashing from 6am which obviously woke us up, appreciate recycling for the hotel is important, maybe they can find another time or area to recycle? Otherwise fantastic hotel."

"It was a lovely hotel and the restaurant was excellent for dinner with great service. The room was great but the shower power wasn’t great although it was a great temperature. Easy transport links to the city centre, would definitely recommend."

"This place was wonderful! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Dublin. It was very centrally located and several tours meet right outside the hotel. It is near many restaurants and walkable to public transportation. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were very accommodating. I will definitely be staying here if i visit again. "

"We booked last minute as we decided to stay in Dublin the night before our flight. Check in was a breeze and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was average, but did have a small kitchen area which would be helpful for eating in to save some money on food. The location we stayed was close to the train, so one room was a bit louder than the other. We were also staying on a Friday night, so there were some people coming in after the bars closed. "Absolutely lovely hotel. We had a free upgrade to a lovely spacious room. One of the reception staff was a bit grumpy but every other member of staff was cheerful and helpful. This hotel is in such a good location to explore Dublin. Breakfast was good too. Thanks for a great stay. "

"We checked in slightly early the front staff greeted us very friendly and very accommodating, we had an issue with the lock at our door and the manager Patrick came by, and after realizing the issue was bigger than anticipated, he immediately changed our room to a suite, very apologetic, the area around the hotel was busy but the hotel is quiet. Fantastic hotel, definitely we will be back to this hotel next year"

"I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much.
