Lovely place to stay off of the hustle and bustle of Temple Bar area. Our room, unfortunately was adjacent to the next door bar, which was fine until closing time around midnight each night when the moved all of their outdoor furniture in and closed up. Super noisy for about 30 minutes. Other than that, everything was great!

This was a great property to stay in. Right on the edge of all the action but without all the noise that comes from the Temple bar area. The staff were great and the food was good too. The drink prices at the bar were a bit expensive though. Only drank there once. The room was clean and spacious and everything worked like it should. I'd stay there again.

I can only speak to my room and floor. The fixtures are dated (some working some, not so much) and the carpets are in desperate need of replacement. Although the linen and bathroom was clean, the dirty carpet and dated fixtures give the room a dirty feel. The breakfast foods were a bit overcooked and the pricing was higher than local breakfast spots. The staff were all great, friendly and caring.

Handles is a great property if you want to stay close to the action hit fat enough away that it’s still quite. The staff was great and super friendly. The hotel itself is nice and clean. I will absolutely stay here again my next time in Dublin.

Two star hotel. Pretty dated. Noisy location in Temple Bar. Church bell practice going at all times of the night. Cleaning staff left our door open. Returned that night to find nothing missing but a big scare. Front staff very nice. Cafe next door great for breakfast.

This hotel has so many helpful employees. They made our stay so much easier with booking tours, taxis etc. also very knowledgeable of the area And things to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we would have is there is no late check out option. This would have been ideal and willing to pay for that service and unsure why it is not an option.

Lovely hotel at the end of Temple Bar. The lication was much quiter than being in the muddle of Temple Bar. Very good restaurants within walking distance. Close to several areas of interest. The room was comfortable but a little warm. The fan in the room made it fine. The staff were lovely and accommodating.

Nice hotel in a great area for walking to most of the main sites of Dublin. I would skip the breakfast as there are other less expensive options nearby. But it is a buffet so if you are hungry it might be a good choice.

Good location and quiet. Room was nicely decorated, decent size and clean. Bed was very comfortable and linen was impeccable. Bathroom was large but outdated, with visible signs of wear and not very clean. Staff was nice.

Recently was on a trip with my husband to London Scotland and finally Ireland! We payed the most for our stay at Handel’s so we were excited to see what it was all about. Upon arriving, I noticed immediately the room did not match the photos. I went to express my concern to front desk and they said I would need to speak to a manager. I tried talking to the manager during the day and they said there was nothing they could do, I finally expressed enough concern that they reached out to the owner and he said because we did advance pay they couldn’t refund. Totally load of crap and got a complete run around. The photos do not match what it actually looks like The room is very outdated - they have an iPhone 4 charger for context The carpet is coming up and is very gross/sticky The bathroom is gross, not clean, grout and dirt on the walls They did not have anyone come refresh towels or clean Very hot and stuffy and they provide one small fan When I told the staff the photos didn’t match she said, it was only the view that differs by room which means their photos aren’t accurate Do not waste your money you can stay at nicer hotel in the area for cheaper

Handel”s hotel was a very nice hotel. It is close to all main attraction, restaurants, bars and stores. Staff were very nice. Room was spacious and clean. It would be nice for a ramp in front entrance. It will be a plus if had a microwave in rooms or at least in lobby. I recommend this hotel
