Fantastic location, staff are very helpful Nachos and Ruan were professional and polite. Only thing I could suggest is update the controls for lights, digital is not practical as you just press screen because you cannot see! Heating/cool fan was insufficient, we were way to warm all night windows didn’t open. The staff made up for this!

The property was recently rebranded from the Hard Rock. Which I had booked. (Aug 2024). The good…hotel is clean, the staff was pleasant, it’s close by to the very popular Temple Bar district and many other places of interest in Dublin. The Bad, the linens are in dire need of refreshing. The a/v needs to be updated. Some channels were not displaying correctly or unavailable. No in room bar options….seems like a missed opportunity for the hotel and the guest. The bar/restaurant should have been more exciting but it was dead on a Friday night even though there was a stage and a great bartender. The staff although pleasant did not seem really trained on how the different point of sale systems at the front desk worked or possibly they were not working properly. The parking at another hotel down the street was also not very customer friendly as there were not clear instructions on how to coordinate the payment between the hotel and the hotel. A valet would be helpful. All in all, a 3 star experience at a four star price. I would not have booked the NYX had I known it was going to change hands….

The location of this hotel was great and the rooms were comfortable. The only issue that we had was that the staff had trouble checking us in and creating our key cards. We needed to return to the fromt desk several times to fix or change our keys and this took some time.

The location of this hotel is great. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The only issue that we had was that the staff had problems checking us in and creating our key cards. We had to keep going to the desk to have the staff recreate our key cards to use the elevator and access our rooms and it took some time.

No parking however everything is within walkable distance. Check in is normally at 3pm however my flight arrived at 9am. After a fay of travelling, just wanted a shower and a sleep. Arrived at hotel before 10am and hotel made sure i got a room. Staff very pleasant, onsite restuarant, very clean. Overall excellent

Was a little disappointed that just before our stay, the hotel changed from a Hard Rock hotel to NYX, but had still got some of the decor and memorabilia remaining. Hotel and staff were both excellent and the hotel had a nice vibe going on.

We stayed her for 3 nights, and in those 3 days we saw it transition from Hard Rock to NYX. While it is a nice hotel I was a little disapointed to not have the Hard Rock experience. The staff were amazing, the room was "cozy" and again it had black out curtains and AC. It was a great hotel overall that is convenient to everything to include the hop on and hop off bus stops.
