"If you like things a bit unusual and quirky, this place will suit you! Completely fine for one or two nights, right next to grand place so very good location. We were there in November, so it was cold in communal areas but room was fine. We had a free upgrade which was nice - however, no lights on in room - opened door and another door to open immediately in front of us, we felt our way in to find a light switch only to find we were standing at the edge of the top of a flight of stairs! "After staying in the A stay for over 30 times approx ( 3 nights each 2 weeks for business reasons ) in the past 18 months … you can see a drastic improvement by all means :A very welcoming - service oriented new staff at the front desk . A very kind, constant smiling & practical reception manger ( Eugene) which always is there for you .
