The apartment is located in the centre of Duisburg. Modern renovation, all necessary appliances, Netflix. This is the most prestigious district of the town. The special feature of this apartment is the large terrace with a view of the garden. Cafes, restaurants, shops within walking distance. Central station 9 minutes walk. Düsseldorf airport 30 minutes by car.
An ideal option to get to know the city with a maximum of comfort and convenience.

The Space:
Although the apartment is in the center of Duisburg, it is in a quiet street so you can enjoy your stay without being disturbed by noise or traffic. It is worth mentioning that it is fully equipped for a stay with children so there is nothing to worry about. And of course it is dog friendly.

The apartment is centrally located, you can easily reach any destination by tram or bus - the tram stop is right in front of the apartment, on the very next street.

It only takes a minute to walk out the door and start to discover the city from the very centre, enjoying its cultural and historical part or going for a classic German bar adventure! In the center you can find all the necessary facilities, including various cafes, restaurants, bars and a huge shopping mall, all within a 5 minute walk. In addition, just in front of the apartment you can visit the central park with a museum and a playground.

In case you want to visit some other big cities (Düsseldorf, Essen) it will take you 15-30 min to travel by train.
