"I stayed a week at Best Western after a terrible experience with Clarion Hotel next door. I was looking for to move to the area. The staff and management were extremely cordial. The week flew by and it felt safely than staying at the hotel next door which had homeless people roaming the parking lot. That being said, if I were to ever stay at a hotel for a reasonable price in Duluth, I would stay there again. The breakfast was good and the location was very convenient with plenty of shopping...

"Stayed at this hotel for our daughter’s cheer competition. The price and ratings are what drove us to choose the hotel. It is very clean. And smells nice throughout. The bathroom had great sink counter space, best for more than 1 girl. Nice gym for a hotel. Plenty of parking. However, beds were very uncomfortable. All three of us commented on it in the morning. If you can choose the 3rd floor, do so. There was a child above us running back and forth very loud at 7am. We were on the 2nd floor....
