"Property is in very good condition. Great bed, excellent heating, extremely clean and fresh. It is in the city and was therefore getting noise from the street. Now I should add I’ve been in national parks for 2 weeks where it has been extremely quiet and this was my first city, so noise was probably appropriate for a city and I was just very used to the countryside… so probably not very fair saying it was noisy…"

"All the staff are gentle and friendly, I stayed for 3days in Dunedin, all were good except the weather but all staff in this hotel gave me a good info and service. It’s close to most monuments around the Octagon where the centre of the city and some facilities. ex) a supermarket and so on. "We had a two bedroom apartment, which was clean, well equipped and comfortable. WiFi in the bedroom was slow, better in the lounge. We were near the laundry which was noisy but finished before 10pm.
