"The staff was excellent and personable, provided VIP service, the room was large, although only 3 hangers were provided and no drawers for clothes, but the locker like wardrobe had a large enough shelf for clothes, just nowhere to store undergarments, socks, etc. I didn't use the mini bar but it is fully stocked with alcohol, soft drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is the first Voco brand name I have stayed at, and it exceed all my expectations. The front desk staff is efficient and polite after we arrived from a long flight. The hotel is new, clean, beautifully decorated and modern. Nice size room with a great view of the city. It’s situated in the middle of downtown, short walk to all the major attractions, including a nice sized grocery store just a block away to stock up on the local snacks. "I received a warm welcome when checking in at 11 pm on a Saturday night. I found the room clean and spacious. There was enough lighting in the room. The bathroom seems old. There is a huge LG TV. I appreciated the good wifi. The location is perfect. The staff (front desk, housekeeping and bell service) I encountered was pleasant and helpful. The cirque du soleil show Auana was superb. It had all the thrilling elements and acrobatic skills of a Cirque show with a Hawaiian theme."
