"This hotel exceeded my expectations - spacious and clean room & bathroom. A kettle is provided in the room with complimentary tea & coffee. Big wardrobe and mattress was comfy. "Good location near to HBF and bus station. You are right in the heart of little Tokyo so there is plenty to do eat and drink. Main centre of town is a short walk. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The only issue I had was that the elevators were out of action for a day. Not a big deal but not the first time i have had this issue here! Definitely recommend "

"The hotel is fairly new and very good. The staff was welcoming and efficient. The room was spotless and it’s an easy access from the airport, just take the sky train to parking P4 and than it’s a 15 mins walk or 10€ with Uber ride. The breakfast was very good and we had no trouble finding a table at 9am even though it was busy. We would definitely stay there again if needed in Dusseldorf."
