"Good location for my business activities, not so good for tourism. Low bed not great for older person. Difficulties arise when things go wrong. Lack of a substantial reception meant recovering lost baggage from airport that much more difficult. Good when things go right, but not the support you need when things go wrong."

"It's a new guest house setting hotel. Check in was easy and smooth. Since the hotel is converted from a school the sink in the bathroom in all rooms are much lower 😳 it appears that it is made for kids. But other than that its pretty nice hotel. I did not see housekeeping to come n clean the room but we had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. But overall the stay was good. "

"I would have to say the staff are what make this place. Amazing customer services from all. Especially the managers and reception staff so helpful and supportive. I stayed 11 days in total. The only suggested improvement which is really minor is the bathroom could be upgraded. The room was excellent with lots of space. Well done keep up the good work and see you soon."
