"We stayed here as a family of 20 and it was great. Rooms: We ranged between Triple , Double and accessible rooms. The rooms offer a kettle/tea etc, wardrobe, Iron, Blankets , Hairdryer. Or these items can be requested. Location: Location was fantastic a 15 min walk to the Herolds gate towards the Masjid. On the way down you will come across cafes, shops , stalls which are all very handy. Staff: All Staff were amazing and very helpful/Kind. Thank you so much would definitely stay here again Zeynah"

"The hotel is central and well situated where Ben Yehuda meets Jaffa Street with excellent transport links. We found the staff to be very pleasant and very helpful (especially Tamir on reception) and check in/out was straightforward. Our bedroom was clean, good sized and well appointed. There is a warm, decent sized swimming pool in the basement and a small gym (though I must confess to being defeated by the multipurpose exercise machines!) There is a good sized lounge area on the entrance floor and an extensive breakfast available in the rooftop restaurant. There is a drinks bar in the lounge area but I would have preferred that snacks could be made available there also (I think they sometimes are). All in all, our stay here was a very pleasant experience"
