"When we arrived it was $40 for valet which is pretty high but the fee is good all day even if you come and go plus it was right at the entry which was nice. The wait to check in was about 30 mins. They only had 1 person checking people in and a line of about 20 people. Expedia wrongly advertised that a patio was included, but the staff was able to accommodate me with a patio free of charge. "The park across the street is a bit sketchy, but other than that it was a very nice experience. Lovely pool, excellent staff, One elevator was broken which was a bit inconvenient. Restaurants are very good, lovely lobby, concierge is wonderful. Our first stay in San Antonio and we enjoyed it. Also, great restaurants nearby, and the River Walk is an easy stroll. all in all, very very nice."
