"The property was updated, clean and organized. The customer service was A1. Other than the front striping on the front of the microwave was coming loose, the amenities in the room was great, especially the full kitchen. A really great way to relax. No restaurants or shopping in walking distance. But there is some of that 10 minutes away in a vehicle. "

"Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!"

"I booked this one because it showed a hot tub, but the hot tub was broke. They said it has been for years. And they tried to get 3rd party sites too stop advertising it. Also breakfast is not included. Items extra. But it is a nice hotel and rooms were good. "
