"Joanne the front desk clerk was very nice and polite. It was a very easy.check in. Provided information on our room, and breakfast hours. The pool and sauna were a bonus. Although it did say the hotel has a hot tub, it was filled in about 8 months ago. So no hot tub. Plenty of items to choose from for breakfast. Nice place to stay and the price was right."

"We were going to Martha's Vineyard for a wedding. We decided to come down a day early and stay in Falmouth. The Iris looked nice online and had an indoor pool (important to my wife). The staff was very friendly, the rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable, and the lobby was impressive. The pool made my wife very happy and gym had the equipment I needed. The biggest surprise was the free continental breakfast. We expected coffee, pastries, bagels, maybe yogurt and granola. In addition to that, they offered small cheese omelets, bacon, and a make your own waffle bar. We're looking forward to coming back again."
