"I know most of the hotels in Eastbourne as I worked in them through the 80s and 90s however I’ve never stayed at the Burlington but I would do again very friendly only had a single room at the back but it was comfortable good bathroom and warm Would definitely stay again"

"The hotel was really lovely. Excellent location. Our room had an amazing sea view. All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for two nights and slept really well. We also enjoyed a couple of games of pool in one of the communal areas. We were able to park on a side street right by the hotel and the hotel wwre able to give us discounted parking tickets. We also took advantage of a discounted breakfast buffet they offer for the view hotel next door which was delicious. "
