"Overall, our stay was great! The location is close to the beach and perfect for a small group to get away at. The space was clean, though some dishes and cookware were dirty when pulled out. The condo didn't have any laundry detergent when we stayed and had limited paper products, which is something to consider. In the end, the stay was lovely, and I would stay again and recommend it to others as well. "

"This condo proved a solid option for an affordable stay in Seagrove Beach. Located just behind Sugar Dunes, the condo was well-appointed (even umbrellas and great beach chairs), comfortable, clean, and had modern appliances and amenities. The beds were particularly good. The owner made everything easy and provided full instructions (both printed and in PDF) for everything we’d need for our stay in the area. We had two very minor instructional needs, and her responses were rapid and understanding. Staying here gets you a good discount rate on bike, golf cart and equipment rentals, and you’re close to local stores like Publix, without being in the full bore madness of Seaside in peak season.It’s important to understand the beach access rules these days. Coming from places a little more relaxed than this area, I was surprised about how zealously the resorts and residents guard their beach stretches. If you want to so much as a set up a single chair you are in for a bit of a hike up or down the beach, though you can walk or swim anywhere the water is actually breaking. This condo is located very close to the public boardwalk to the beach, which helps, and the owner helpfully “translated” all this in a series of provided maps. It’s nothing against the property at all, and I’d argue the condo represents a good intersection of value and access, but just bear this in mind if you have mobility or endurance issues.I’d stay here again. "Great spot for family with teens. Lots to do and many places to go. The property is clean and well maintained. Nice pool, played tennis every day, and the bike rental on property was super convenient. The host contacted us via telephone on the way in with all the particulars and a list of recommendations for restaurants and places to go. A very nice touch! We had a blast in a great place to stay. Will rent from him again..."

"Check in was super easy. Mrs Barbara was easily available and very helpful. Unit is just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches we've been to. View from the spacious balcony is breathtaking. The unit was laid out very well and accommodated our family perfectly. We enjoyed it so much we decided to stay another day and Barbara helped us through that request effortlessly. Plenty of things to do and good food to eat nearby. We really enjoyed "The Big Chill" just down the road on 30A. Would definitely book again. "

However vice grips for a shower cold water, bunk bed broke, 2nd bedroom had leak in ceiling dripping in the room, front balcony stairs were unstable, yard was not kept up, front balcony flooring mushy felt unsafe. Sliding door didn’t have locks used board to lock. Dishwasher doesn’t clean. Not worth $700 a night"
