"Incredibly noisy to the point where I slept on the couch. The 2nd bedroom window provides zero protection from the sound of the HVAC systems directly below it. The noise fluctuates in pitch and loudness making it impossible to sleep. It sounds like a truck is idling right inside your bedroom all night! The apartment is lacking maintenance in some areas such as the bathroom. Otherwise, it's nicely furnished and practical."

Rooms were very clean, area was roomy, and easy check in. Will definitely choose this stay again for my next visit! "

"Stayed for the superbowl and was extremely happy with the location. Very close to the Superdome. Area was clean. Host left snacks and bottled water. Did see a few strains of hair in the bathroom and on the bed. But other than that it was extremely clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend. "

The interior was well appointed with a modernized, inviting living area, comfortable beds and plenty of towels and washcloths. "Beautiful property, short walk to the trolley. Host was easy to reach, when we couldn't figure out how to get in. Entry is in the side door, not the front. Great location!"

"Luxury is exactly the level of accommodations you will find with the penthouse! It’s clean, lofty, quiet, and just plain exceptional. The lobby is incredible! Down to the decor, they’ve thought of everything! It’s a 3 block walk to the convention center and Starbucks (for those that need it). It’s a 2 min walk to Ernst Cafe (1.50 beer for those that need it.). Mulate’s is close, also. You can walk to Riverwalk or the casino. It literally is the perfect spot to stay! "
