We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of our ski trip before we drove to Chamonix, in the middle before everyone went their way traveling through France and Italy and again my husband and I came back at the end for one more night before we flew home back to the states. The staff was very accommodating and wonderful!...

However, if you're unlucky like me you may be given a room that's not in the main building.That means you'll have to walk outside to an alleyway, up some stairs and the same to enter the main part of the hotel.
