Pass on this one
The location is where we wanted due to location. However, the property was not setup for our group size. Having to play rock, paper, sizzors for who got a plate or fork was not enjoyable (we ended up buying our own to add to the property). I would say the kitchen lacked many elements. Overall the home felt a bit like the bachelor days of college with a random collection of barely hanging in there furniture items (careful on the chairs). Honestly if you don't have to be in Livingston pass on this.
