"The boat is very basic but is in a great location not far from the centre of old Amsterdam. (Ignore Diemen as the location). It’s very cheap for Amsterdam which makes up for its basic amenities. You can make use of facilities in nearby cafes and the Public library. The surrounding area is just off the tourist route so you get to see how locals live. Cees was a great host, very accessible and happy to help out and give advice."

"We were excited about booking this property when reading the posting. When we arrived later in the evening we found the only way to the front door was crossing a rickety, rotted out deck with nails sticking up all over. The strong odor of musty/mold greeted us when we opened the door. Host told us to just open some windows. Then we found there was a ladder type stairs to go up to the sleeping area. My only issues were with how it has been maintained by EuroParcs, to fix issues with the property that should have been addressed during the ‘final clean’ each occupant pays for. "Really nice music themed venue. Rooms were as you'd expect from this kind of hotel, good size, clean, comfy bed. Only bad point was that there wasn't a mirror near a good amount of lighting.
