Situated between the embankment and trafalger square/ the strand, so easy access to trains, underground and bus routes. "Well fiittted out room with several eco-features that were a bonus. Telephone staff were very good and helpful. Room a little small but that's central London. Only small issues was signs to room were a bit confusing and very noisy, repeated door slamming from 5am. Generally, high recommendation. Nb. Walking takes quite a while as between 2 areas. "

"Remarkably good value for the location. Charming little old-world hotel, lobby is nice, staff were lovely. En suite single room was very old but spotlessly clean, had a kitchenette, comfy bed and chair, brand new white linen and towels. Short walk to a few tube stations, even shorter to grocery stores, and both Paddington Station and Hyde Park are also easily walkable."

"I loved the mini apartment it was perfect for our stay. Although a little work needs doing in places. The bathroom had nowhere to put your toiletries and there was no shelf or ledge in the shower either. The dinner plates were extremely small, more like side plates. It would have been nice to have 4 of each item and not 2.. like cups, bowls and cutlery.. we had to wait for the dishwasher to finish to be able to use them again. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay with decent climate control in...

"I stood here for a short amount of time and it was nice. The room is a good enough space for about 1-2 people. The room and bathroom was clean. It was a nice touch to have a towel warmer as was winter time when I went. The kitchen area was also fully equipped with appliances and utensils. I would stay here again. The area is also close to many restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walking distance. Bayswater station and the busses are also very close by "

"Great serviced apartment in an old building loved the old style lift. Check in was very well managed. Keyless entry by app was brilliant. Found the place to be very clean with daily housekeeping. "The location is amazing. Very close to the underground station. There are stairs to access the building (approx 8-12?) so if you have mobility issues it might cuz a problem. The hotel is a maze and the elevator is very small. The rooms are also quite small as well. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and definitely worth adding to your stay. If you don't mind the small inconveniences (small rooms and stairs) it is a great hotel in a very safe and great location. I would stay here again if I was returning to London. The gym was also very nice. It does have a very small fridge if you are looking for a fridge. "
