"Nice stay near the city centre, short walking distance from the train station, the room had all the basics one could ask for, from sockets to charge tech items to side bed lamps. Hot water and heating were working fine. Staff were friendly and accommodating, check in was done smoothly. "

"During breakfast at the hotel, the server, who I believe was named Justin, was incredibly welcoming and fantastic. While the receptionists did not impress me as much, Justin truly made the stay more special. It was evident that he genuinely cares for the visitors."

Único ponto negativo é o calçamento da rua para quem está viajando com malas e é necessário descer/subir uma pequena ladeira. "

"This is a wonderful concept. So much so that I became a member of the brand. It really is a great quality hotel at a great price. It’s for the pragmatic traveler such as myself. I don’t need a staff at the hotel. The concept of online access is brilliant and I was provided with everything I needed. Well done! "

"We can't recommend Hotel am Rathaus enough. Although the rooms are cozy, we had everything we needed. The staff more than anything went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, thank you so much! It was not easy travelling with a baby, and we appreciated the extra care. We also enjoyed the breakfast onsite. It had everything we like and would want to get the day started."
