"Nice hotel, not fussy but clean and efficient. Staff very helpful and rooms are basic. Breakfast is great with healthier choices than most. Will stay again. They have lockers to store luggage. "
"The air cleaner machine in the room was a nice plus; used it whenever we were in the room. The breakfast brunch was very good with a wide selection to choose from; I ate an American breakfast and my wife ate mostly Japanese dishes. Also being able to leave our luggage with the Bell Captain until time to head to the airport was very convenient."
"Rooms look a bit old but it does the job. The location is ideal, there is a bath open all night long! Staff is also very helpful, I encountered an issue with one of the washing machine and they fixed it quickly."

"The Japanese style room is as close to a ryokan stay as you can get. Try the Japanese breakfast - both the Japanese and western breakfast was plentiful, nutritious and tasty. Staff service, friendliness and attentiveness was impeccable. We truly enjoyed our stay. Around the corner to the Dogo Onsen (historic onsen that recently
reopened) although we didn’t visit, seeing the building (at night) is impressive. We can to visit the shrines and do a tiny Henro - this is walkable to the Ishitige Shrine and others close by. Wonderful stay - and getting a room with the in room onsen was very a nice indulgence. "
"The building was somewhat outdated, but it was well-maintained and clean. Most importantly, the service was excellent. When I originally reserved two rooms for my family, they were on the separate floors. However, during check-in, the staff updated one of rooms from a single to a queen-size bed, allowing us to stay on the same floor at no extra changes."
