The ice machine wasn't working the entire week I was there and the key card to the room kept getting unprogrammed so it wouldn't open the door. Had to keep going to the front desk to reprogram the key card.

Rather expensive for a super 8 but since you are about the only game in town I guess it's what we got. Could use a pool, spa, wash clothes and an elevator for those prices and possibly meat at breakfast. The staff did the best possible with what they have to work with.

From 3 star reviews I had seen I expected the hotel to be in bad shape and dirty. It was immaculate, very comfortable, and the staff help was excellent. Very happy with our stay.

I have stayed here before so I knew to ask for a room away from the road noise when booking the room 2 months earlier. I mentioned this to the staff and was told it’s not possible. Had to listen to road noise all night. The breakfast options were minimal. No jam or peanut butter for the toast. Only butter was available. I’m lactose intolerant so butter was also not an option. I asked the staff for jam and was told that ‘they’ did not send any so it was not available. No fruit, no pancake batter, no rolls. Only options were oatmeal, cereal and milk ( I am still lactose intolerant), toast with butter or minuscule muffins.

This motel was much more expensive than it was worth. The desk clerk could barely put down his phone to check us in. The breakfast was minimal. We liked the Snowbird Cafe for breakfast instead. The hotel is old and worn, but clean enough. The backdoor lock was broken, so it did it lock at night. The hand lotion smelled very nice though!

The side facing the interstate is simply uninhabitable: it is so noisy from the traffic that even wearing earplugs I barely slept. The bathroom had a faint odor of urine. Upon our request we were moved to the opposite side the next night and it was quiet. The A/C was quirky, not responding to the thermostat too well, and had a mildewy/moldy smell. Most staff were very helpful.

I paid ahead and I was still asked for a credit card. I was asked for my home address & driver's License #. Only access to my room was through the lobby up stairs. My sheets were dirty with some black stuff. But you could tell they had been changed. Everything else was nice and clean. They don't have hair dryers in the room.

The phone did not work to call the office. The man next to me had the TV on loud all night long. I let the office know at least twice because I had to walk down there in my pajamas. I knocked on the man’s door. He answered in a towel. I asked him to please turn down his TV. Office They couldn’t do anything about it. They said they knocked on the door he didn’t answer. They should have moved me to a quiet room around 11 PM at 2:30 AM. I could not take it anymore. I begged for another room. Poor management on their part I will never return to that place without some sort of compensation.
