The location is perfect in a very safe and quiet area, close to everything: restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping malls. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooms are well organized, the beds are super comfortable, and everything was in perfect condition. The staff was very kind and attentive from the very beginning. They were always willing to help and answer any questions. The hotel also offers a buffet-style breakfast, which was a great addition to the stay. We would definitely stay here again. We 100% recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable place, well located, with excellent service in El Poblado. 🌿✨"

"This was a solo trip and landmark was the perfect place to be especially as an English speaker and female. It was close to the malls, food and excursions meet up points.The communication with front desk was excellent, room was top tier and the security staff was efficient, Especially made sure I got in the right Ubers. Also at the hotel were 2 restaurants with amazing food so you lacked nothing. The gym was as shown which I enjoyed and the pool was long enough to get some laps. I will most definitely be back- counting down the days!"
