"We were in the heart of everything. Safe environment, friendly and respectful staff at the hotel and the people we encountered on the streets were so polite and friendly as well. The only thing that could make a difference there to get a 5 star is if they fix the noise the elevators make. Anywhere you are whether first, second or third floor you will get annoyed. "Overall the stay was pretty good. The AC in the bedroom took a long time to cool off the room, like 5 hours. But after that it was very nice. I had an option this time to reserve a room on a HIGH floor, which i think tends to be more quiet. There was an extra $10 per night charge for this. I totally forgot about that and they put us on the 3rd floor. Still a nice room, next time i will remember to check the reservation before we check in."
