"Horrible. The establishment was closed (August 2021) when we arrived. The hotel charged my credit card only to find out when we arrived, the hotel was empty and abandoned. Never again!"

"The people were very helpful! Nice hotel. Amazing staff. My only complaint were the elevators. It's not the hotels fault but there's too many floors for just 2 elevators. They should have at least 4 elevators. Because of this, it takes a good 5 minutes to get into an elevator. "

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It advertises parking but they just have a guy who finds parking on the street and then they keep your keys. That would be my main complaint. Also, the breakfast was not good. The cheese looked like it had been sitting out for a several days and the eggs were cold. "

"4th time staying in 3 years. It's in a great location for shopping, dining and exploring, and very reasonably priced. We love that the rooms have a full kitchen - although pots, pans, utensils may not always be plentiful. Majority of the staff are polite, friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. Housekeeping does an excellent job. The property could do with some general maintenence and repairs - for example, the extractor fan in our room on this trip and the last trip didn't work, and the...
