"Everything was perfect.The location, the room. The food at the restaurant was out of the world, the rooftop bar was very good. But above all, it was the staff. One of the best in the world. Every morning we had breakfast at the bar in the lobby, such a pleasure. We just felt at home."

"The first day the front desk attendant charged me $45 he said I did not have a reservation. I had to talk to someone else and I though I got my money back, it was a bad first impression. AC was not working properly, the small fridge was not working right and it tool a couple of days to get it replaced.
