"The property is great as we had no problems. For me I like being able to have a balcony with lots of sunlight. The building has no balconies and with the nearby towering buildings it can be difficult. I do plan to stay there again as the friendly staff and amenities make up for the balcony issue."

"I loved this hotel for the location and decor. The bed was comfortable and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The food in the restaurant was also fabulous, we had dinner and a few breakfasts. The location was great for exploring Casco Viejo. The only downside is the loud music coming from a hotel across the way until 2am. They offered to move us to the other side but there are church bells… so best to pick a room based on whether you're a night owl or early riser! "
