"The staff wete amazing. Shout out to my homie, Rueben who provided top notch service during my stay. The rooms were huge, clean, super comfy bed and had the BEST shower! Lots of food options, 24 hour room service and fun amenties. I stayed at 5 different places while in panama for 2 weeks, and the sortis was my favourite place to stay. "The RIU is a good value for the money although showing its age a little. The breakfast buffet was one of the best and the servers did a good job keeping up with the large number of diners. The pool area was ok but did not offer any view. I didn’t feel it was great area to be walking around. The gym was ok but not fantastic. My king size bed was super comfortable. Facility was very clean and staff excellent."

And the air conditioner blew the same temperature air no matter the setting, and it blew right onto the bed which was uncomfortable. Not enough towels."
