"Arruinaron nuestro viaje. Era el cumpleaños de mi esposa y cuando llegamos que uno de sus hoteles, donde se suponia que nos teniamos que quedar, "no estaba disponible". Asi que nos mandaron a otro hotel mucho mas lejos de donde ya habia planeado. El internet del nuevo hotel no servia, intente llamar a la directora muchas veces. "The hotel itself is beautiful. Nice scenery and very convenient to fast foods and shopping center. Although, the room we were put in first was sub per and was eventually compromised with ants. However, we informed the staff and they changed the room for us to a better room which was really nice on the 4th floor. So my advice, if you want to enjoy your stay at this hotel, don’t go for the cheap rooms on the first floor. Pay more so you can get a better room. "
