"Our family of four stayed one brief night in Riad Meknes as a stopover during a drive from Tangier to Merzouga. While we didn’t have too much time in Meknès or the riad itself, we did enjoy both the town and riad. "This is a very basic Riad located in an excellent location just on the edge of the Medina. It had everything you need from a comfortable bed, hot shower, reliable wifi and good breakfast but the photo really gives a false impression of the condition of the place. The French speaking staff member was helpful and there was a man who spoke English when we arrived who explained how to enter and lock up. Bring your own toiletries as none were provided. "
