"We had a wonderful stay at Greenstone Cottage. Wow, very clean and not overly crowded. I have stayed in some VRBO that feel like they are so crowded with too much furniture and the closets are not useable. Not the case here, nicely decorated. Very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to town. Ken is quick to respond to any questions. The cottage is very comfortable, Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend. "

The location was near shopping and restaurants, but far enough away where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. We highly recommend a stay here! "

"Excellent house. The backyard and front yard are gorgeous and totally fenced. Easy parking. The kitchen has everything you might need. In one of the restroom the plug is not working, but you can use an extension and use the plug in the kitchen. It's a bit expensive more than 2 k, but it is a good place to stay. Overall it's an excellent property I would stay there again. "

"This property is GREAT! Serene, excellent location, quiet with access to the lake shore and a lakeside path to local Gar Woods Restaurant. Hosts are responsive and very friendly. Becoming our annual trip there!"

"Views of the lake were spectacular and would come back for another visit. A few suggestions for the owner to consider, would be to upgrade the cable service to include premium apps like Netflix and Hulu so guests can login to their account and watch movies and shows. "

"This was a great property and the host was amazing. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was an iced over snowbank in the drive way that I had to break up and remove before I could pull my car into the driveway. Not a big deal since they had salt and a snow shovel by the front door. Overall a great value and would stay here again. The dogs loved it too! "

"We really enjoyed the location of the carriage loft! It was close to town and stores but felt serene and private. The loft itself was well appointed and clean. There were some repairs that could be made, but nothing that impacted our stay or would prevent us from returning- for sure! All provisions for a full kitchen were included and the linens/towels were plenty and nice. My only real complaint is that the hot tub was not heated, one of the main reasons that I wanted to stay there. On the...

"We loved our stay at Bruce and Claudia’s little hideaway! It was a great place to stay with our dogs during a trip to the Placerville area. It’s close enough to downtown, but far enough away to experience the peace and quiet of the river! Everything was as described, you have your own space and privacy, but they are close by if you ever need anything. We will definitely come back and stay again!"

"Customer service was great, super friendly and helful. Rooms were clean and equipped with everything you could need. Saves you some money. Nice property close to heavenly center and conveniently located next to grocery. Breakfast was very limited i was expecting a little more but overall it was a nice stay. Will come back. "
