"If you can’t climb over 5 flights of stairs request a lower room! The view was amazing. Breakfast was awesome and they provide a laundry service for a fee but worth it as they fold it all and have it ready for you at the end of the day! Very helpful and friendly! "

"Lovely Villa. Beautiful views, peaceful and quiet. Host Very helpful and friendly when needed. We stayed 10 days, the cleaners came twice to change sheets and towels etc. and to clean the pool. The cleaners also very nice and friendly.

"This is a nice house but the listing is not as honest as it could be. The terrace and pool area is shared with another rental of a studio from the same hosts and the corner area in the shade shown in the photos belongs to the studio. There is no wifi and the air conditioning remote controls were nowhere to be found. There is no aircon downstairs. Upon requesting, they were produced, two days later. "Well equipped apartments in a beautiful and tranquil setting amongst the trees & overlooking the sea. We had a wonderful week here, it is in a great location close to beaches, restaurants and bus stop etc The apartments and the pool area are kept extremely clean. "Our stay was marvelous! The host was very helpfull, helping with sea taxi areangments, car rentals. Sharing the tips for the best beaches. The property is lovely with 3 double rooms, so we were a party of: me with a kid, my sis with 2 kids and our mum. We each had own room. The kitchen is well equiped with a large fridge. The pool area is lovely even better then on pictures! The ride to property is steep but I could do it even if not used for manual and driving manual on the island 😀. So...

"Die Einrichtung wirkt auf den ersten Blick vielleicht kitschig. Aber alles in allem ist "Bird" eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Es ist für eine Ferienwohnung bestens ausgestattet. Es wird täglich der Müll geholt, das Bett gemacht und regelmäßig Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Das Haus ist an einem steilen Hang und darum ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Der Weg zu Fuß ist aus meiner Sicht zu beschwerlich. Der Pool ist phantastisch und die Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang war jeden Morgen phänomenal....

"We had such a lovely time in this beautiful house. Very private and so relaxing. Great pool. Dimitris is a great host, always available for any queries but never intrusive. "What a beautiful villa. Like home from home, but with a much better view! Has everything you need for your stay. Excellently furnished and the outside areas are fantastic, with plenty of shaded areas. Eleni our housekeeper / pool assistant was most helpful and very friendly.

"Lovely villa exactly as listed. Views of the harbour are beautiful from the balcony. Yannis and Linna could not have been more helpful from meting us from the ferry to organising our departure ferry and taxi to ensure we didn't miss our flight. "We booked this property for end of September 2024 based on the reviews we read and we liked the look of the pool area. We was not disappointed. The staff were excellent and every request was met with a speedy response and the hotel was very clean. The pool was great with stunning views. However, to have these views you have to be prepared to climb some hills. Yes it was hard work but well worth the effort as the view is simply beautiful. It was around a10min walk into Skiathos town which is easy as downhill and about 5mins to the small beach with its lovely Tavernas. In the evenings we would get a taxi back from the town which cost around 10 euros from the harbour.
We had breakfast included and it was basic and was served in the breakfast room. Coffee was great. The pool bar was limited but reasonably priced. Food was great offering a fantastic Thai menu and the usual salads, burgers and snacks you would expect.
In summery, this was great value and very relaxing. We will definitely be returning and special thanks to the team for looking after us so well. "

"Lovely beautiful clean property with everything you need for a fabulous holiday. Great location right in the heart of Skiathos town. Large comfortable bed, fridge, Nepresso coffee machine, ironing board, smart TV with Netflix, washing line, great shower and some crockery which we used to for breakfast on the balcony.
Bottled water left in fridge when we arrived and on the final day some crisps left for us to enjoy.
Definitely as good as the reviews say - we would stay again. Thank you."

"Fantastic stay at Elivi. Facilities were fantastic and the hotel grounds are stunning. Impeccable buggy service around the grounds. Upgraded when we arrived and had our own pool. The restaurants were great, only negative was that the restaurants were very empty for dinner but that was more because it was end of season. Only criticism was that the bars by the beaches closed at 6pm and we wanted to sit with a drink and watch the sunset but no bars open. Again, think this is different in peak times. Overall, fabulous stay. A little expensive but fully worth it for pure luxury and relaxation. "
