Love EVERYTHING about this property except for the incredibly rude guests that ran the halls, slammed doors and had very loud conversations outside our window until 12:30 am. Note to self:remember to ask for top floor room so you don’t have to feel like the people above you are coming thru your ceiling!!

I have stayed at this Best Western on 3 previous occasions. As always, the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of items from which to choose. They have a new coffee machine that allows you to select specialty coffees (available at all times), however decaffeinated coffee is no longer an option for guests. I would suggest that they make this available in a separate carafe like they used to provide. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would have given the hotel 5 stars if it hadn’t been for the noise level. There were children running up and down the hall on the third floor where I was staying , with parents and children all speaking very loudly, until very late at night. This is not the fault of the hotel management, however, it did prevent me from getting a good rest. Therefore, I gave this hotel a 4 star rating.
