"We booked this property for an extended family holiday with 4 adults and 2 children. The apartment was spotless, beautifully appointed and in a lovely little village in a central location to many of the local attractions including Nördlingen, Dinkensbühl and Altmuhlsee. The village itself is picturesque with several excellent gastehaus restaurants (we are at the Löwen several times - absolutely delightful!!) The villa had many wonderful features including balcony with views of Hesselberg...

About 2.5 km away, there is a bigger town with restaurants and a grocery store. We loved the location because it is almost exactly 1 hour drive from both Stuttgart and Rothenburg, both places we were visiting on our vacation. The owner was very friendly and helpful. "Only used it as a base for a very short football trip but it was spot on. Near the station, good price, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. best of all when we got back after the decent nearby restaurants were closed reception was able to sell us a bottle of wine and big bag of chili crisps!"
