"It was a cool and wet weekend near Ellicottville for what turned out to be a great day of skiing for us. This property was fully suitable for cozy evenings inside in the winter; board games, a decent pool table, Pac-Man (!), space to be together — or apart, and comfortable beds for everyone. "We stayed here overnight to ski and snow tube around Ellicottville. The house served us very well except for the snow not being cleared from the front and back steps. Also, it looks like vacuuming under the beds has been overlooked. Otherwise, our party of 2 adults and five kids enjoyed our stay!"
