"Well located and property matched description. However there is no parking, all street parking and very difficult to find a spot at night.When we arrived we found the aircon had been set at 16c by the previous occupant and it did not cool the lounge area. Bedrooms were OK. Upon inspection it appeared as if the main unit had not been serviced for a very long time, filters were clogged with leaves and debris. Also needs a regas. Contacted Property Manager who was suggesting that we were not...

"The property we stayed in was not the same as shown on the Stayz web site. Various items of furniture had been moved around and were in a different room to that shown in the photos. For example the TV cabinet was in the bedroom and not the living room. It could not be accessed so as to view the TV from the bed.There was no free to air TV at all as there was no antenna connected. All TV was via the internet which means viewing TV via an app. The problem here is that buffering occurs as the owners...
