"The room was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots, pans, and an espresso machine. The bathroom was clean, and the tub was spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "

"Great kitchen with everything you need. Coop Supermarket was conveniently located next door. Had a river view, but was next to the train track and busy road. "It is as advertised. Room for 3. We got a 1st floor room with minimal view. They have 3 washers but they are busy all the time. Have a few appliances to cook food if needed. "NO help from staff. Wasnt even given hand soap for bathroom, and was shrugged off when we asked for it. Students tend to work here, and they do not know what they're doing. Our room was infested with ants throughout the bedroom and bathroom, and staff acted burdened by contacting housekeeping. Housekeeping was great to remedy the problem, and she was very friendly.
