"An upscale experience in a warm comfortable environment . Dining was exquisite. Staff is amazing. Salina is the sweetest welcoming reception. The Young staff were ready to help with every need. "

"The mattress was very soft for me and I would probably think twice before going back to this accommodation. But that's a personal preference, I prefer a much firmer mattress. Everything else was great. Clean and good location. Good price and good communication. If I wanted to be extra critical, lighting in the bathroom could be improved and perhaps provide two pillows per person rather than just one, and also provide some hand towels as we only got big shower towels. But great overall."

"The location of this property is very good - right next to a tram stop, a short walk to Zurich Enge station (direct trains to airport and shops), and within easy walking distance of Zurich See (lake). It is in a pleasant neighbourhood which felt safe. The apartment was clean and the cooking facilities a great way to stay in this very expensive city in a more economical manner. The only criticism was that it lacks air con and whilst it had a ceiling fan it was largely ineffective. ...

When we arrived in Zurich, the property owner told us that the previous person renting the flat was in an accident and that we could not get in since their belongings were still in the flat. He also only communicated with us via text message and not through the VRBO app, which we thought odd. We were directed to another flat (belonging to a friend of the owner) in a different location...
