"My group have been having annual fishing trips for over 20 years and this seems to be our best accommodation. Really loved the setup for boat parking, charging, fish cleaning and adequate lighting all around. Comfort seating in the family room. Nice bar set up. Adequate kitchen supplies. "My friends and I had another outstanding stay at Cody's VRBO property. Everything was so nice and clean, we so enjoyed the back porch for grilling steaks on Friday night and the fire pit was a great way to relax. Everyone bragged on how comfy the beds were and plenty of hot water to get ready for game day. The only thing, and this isn't anyone's fault, but there were several ant beds in the back yard and I got stung as one of them built a bed around my tailgate chair and got me when I tried...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was exactly like the photos and very clean. It’s located near Enid Lake so it’s in the country..:super quiet and peaceful. We went up for graduation at Ole Miss but didn’t want to stay in Oxford since it’s so busy and has so much traffic. We absolutely loved staying here since it was so quiet and peaceful! I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a country stay!"
