"The staff were amazing and certainly added to the stay. Breakfast was great too. I would recommend the hotel consider a thicker mattress topper as that certainly would have helped as you can feel the gap between the beds and the mattress is a very hard one, not used to that and the pillows were very lumpy and not too comfortable either. But apart from that the hotel was lovely. Fantastic location. The staff are the star of the hotel for sure "

"The hotel, food, staff and interior decor was great, however, we stayed with family and had 2 rooms on the ground floor. Our room was 108 and was fine apart from the tv being sitting too low on a cabinet to watch in bed. The bathroom extractor fan did not work but this did not spoil our stay. Room 109 where my mother stayed had an awful view of what I can only describe as old furniture, chairs bicycles and overgrown vegetation feet away from the window.
