"If you don’t have a car, it is very difficult to get around as taxis and uber are limited in the area. We had multiple taxi drivers say yes and cancel. Rooms are dated and weird smell coming from the carpet. With limited transportation, we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant which was not good. We booked through Expedia and chose a pay at hotel option - and had picked to include breakfast and access to the spa. The hotel denied that we had chosen that option. "Fabio the GM and the entire staff were fantastic. The food in the two hotel restaurants were excellenr. Breakfast is also something to write home about. Best of all is the very short walk to the gondola to the Courmayeur ski resort. The skiing was amazing and I planning returning! Thank you Massif!"

"Friendly staff. Hotel maybe a little tired but a good base for skiing holiday. An 8 min walk from the Town centre and a little longer to the ski lift. For some reason the hotel shuttle did not go to courmayeur ski lift but only to Dolonne lift. "
