"Spotless clean,

, and although we were on the Termini side of the hotel, very very quiet. We even left a window open at night for the fresh air and it was amazingly quiet! Our room had a view of Roman ruins and a new archeological site, which we thought was pretty cool. Before going out to an amazing restaurant that the front staff kindly helped us select we had a cocktail at the bar. What a great time! Our waiter/bartender was a man named Elviro (or mabye Ilviro?) and he was perfect....

"No one was on site when we arrived. Had to call and waited for almost an hour for some to come and let use in. No breakfast was provided. No staff on site. Must of the stuff in the room was broken. Such as the wardrobe. It was falling apart. Almost fell apart on me. But I must say it had a wicked shower. Best I have seen in a long time. "

"Perfect location city center, close to Termini Station. Our Double Deluxe Room with a view was clean, pretty, and we had a wonderful view of Santa Maria Maggiore and Rome. Hotel staff were pleasant and accomodating, actually gave us our room at 10 a.m.! Roof top bar is beautiful and the included breakfast was outstanding with a large variety of food. Great place to stay !"

"Great location, tall rooms that make them feel bigger than they are. Easy walk to lots of famous placs and close to train stations. The building is older and could use some updatig and a little paint but thats all the building in Rome. There's a park up the street and a great gelato place just a block away. Lots of food places and a market right next door. The Colosseum is less than a km away walkable down hill to it a little tougher walk back up from it. "
