"The bed was comfortable and the place had what we needed after contacting Joanna. It’s pretty bare bones for the condo but the pool was nice and it is a gated property. "Great historic building that has kept its character, unlike some places on St. Croix that look historic outside but have been stripped and hollowed out inside. It makes for quirky rooms, slightly strange steps and narrower passages than today's standards. But nothing dangerous to the reasonably fit. Clean. Along the waterfront. I would recommend and stay again. "

"The hotel’s idyllic location right on the beach affords breathtaking views as well as fantastic opportunities to take a dip. For those who prefer pools, there is a pool available with ample areas for sun bathing. The shaded areas and the cabanas offer respite from the sun. As common with properties by the beach, the sea mist and sun will relentlessly affect paint, metal, fixtures, etc. This beautiful property could use some aesthetic upkeep. The amiable staff and service are eager to please and they desire to make your stay remarkable. The kitchen has several selections to appeal to varied tastes. I have stayed at The Palms on many occasions, over the past 20 years and it is my go-to place when visiting St. Croix. Shout out to the current manager and staff who are working hard to maintain this ideal location!"

"Great hotel with updated and clean amenities. Close walking to everything. Coffee shop downstairs and breakfast/lunch restaurant was great. New dinner restaurant was also great. Pool was nice and private in the court yard. Loved the Peacock Room and relaxing in their before heading upstairs/elevator to our room!"

"I really enjoy that it was quiet area. The rooms are very nice and spacious. They have microwave, fridge and dishes. Would recommend toaster and deying rack for dishes. Ice available from staff. The staff were excellent! Had a nice gym. The pool area was always clean and the pool eas cleaned daily. They had wifi where could hook up for nextfix and Amazon prime to watch TV. We didnt mind this as used our accounts. Unfortunately did not have cable so without streaming unable to watch TV. Need a rental car to get around. We are aware of this as we been to island many times. Thanks. It was very relaxing and nice stay. "
