"Our cottage Castaways is a bit rustic but have all the basic things and is comfortable. They had some issues with water supply due to island wide outage, but it was fixed within a day. "If the photos of the place look good to you then you will love this place. If you own a pair of Birkenstocks and enjoy seeing hummingbirds you will have a great visit. "We spent 8 days on island and this was the perfect home base for the week. It's not fancy, but it has updated amenities, it's clean, comfortable, has everything you need, (including beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels) minutes from Christiansted-but away from the crowds. When we had questions we just texted the owner and she responded within minutes. Definitely recommend if you're on a mid-range budget. It's worth every penny..."
