"It was amazing!! Euphoric! The drive up there is a bit sketchy this time of the year but is absolutely worth it!! As you turn off the highway you drive down a private driveway through the trees to the beautiful lodge nestled in the middle of the woods. The cabins are comfortable and warm! "

"It was a nice place it was pretty cheap to stay in. I noticed some things during my stay like the mold in the washing machine that were a little gross. Also I would recommend cleaning the dishes before using them since everyone is hand washing them. Also the shower is very small I struggled using it as I am on the taller side. Otherwise I think the entire chat system they use at this location is automated. But all things considered I would stay here again I just wouldn’t wash any clothes. "

"We had a wonderful time at mt aurora lodge. Kate and Jeff are hospitable and knowledgeable about aurora timing and woke us up immediately when the aurora showed up during the night. Seeing the northern light is breathtaking experience! Although the level is 2, we can clearly see the northern light due to clear and dark sky. Breakfast has Muffin, toast, egg, beacon, juice, milk. "This was the perfect place for our northern lights adventure. It had the best set up, with a large north facing window where we could watch for the lights from the warmth of the indoors. We actually saw the lights twice and it was amazing. The host was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly to messages!
